What You Will Receive

This wellness journey is rooted in four foundational pillars:

Over 12 weeks, we’ll work side by side to help you move out of survival mode and into steady, embodied wellbeing —

one simple, sacred step at a time.

Nervous System Care

Because change doesn’t stick unless your body feels safe.

We use simple tools to regulate your stress response, rebuild resilience, and come out of survival mode for good.

Nourishment

Not punishment or restriction — just real food that fuels your real life.

We’ll support your hormones, mood, and energy with nourishment that stabilizes and sustains you.

Movement

You don’t have to force your body into submission.

Together, we’ll build a rhythm of movement that matches your energy, cycle, and capacity — not someone else’s standards.

Sleep + Recovery

Because no change lasts if your body can’t rest well.

We’ll support you in creating true restoration so your body can heal, regulate, and return to center.

• 4 trauma-informed coaching sessions (1hr each)

— 30 min guided workout (based on your energy state)

— 30 min nervous system anchoring + food/sleep integration

• Personalized movement and nourishment plans based on your energy cycles (Follicular/Luteal phase support)

• Personalized weekly check-ins
